Saphe is owned by Shakirah Nichols. That’s me lol, also known as TheeYoniGoddess. I’m a fun-loving downtown earth herbal woman. At the age of 29, I was diagnosed with stage two endometriosis. Endometriosis is a condition in which the tissue grows outside of the uterus instead of the inside. It is extremely painful in which I believe is worse than labor pains. Definitely wouldn’t wish it on my worse enemy. After being diagnosed I was determined to find a way to subside the pain that I endured. My doctor informed me there was no cure, but birth control would help slow the process. However, due to the complications of birth control and how it affected my body, I discounted taking them and went back to what I knew thanks to encouragement from my father. Growing up my father and aunt heavily implanted the knowledge of herbs and what they can do for the body; so I revisited my past did my due diligence, researched and started making teas that helped me with my condition, and soon after researched how yoni steams worked and begin using both methods on my self for a year.

By the year 2020, I noticed I went from going to the hospital several times a month because of my endo (short for endometriosis) to going once ever so often. By 2021 I realized out of the entire year I only had endometriosis symptoms once that year. Can someone say blessings and hard work, lol? Currently I, Shakirah Nichols, am an advocate for bringing awareness to endometriosis and sharing the products I make with women who suffer from the same condition. I am an advocate for overall community health and through this journey, I found my purpose which is teaching the community the benefits of herbal living while supplying them the products and teaching them!
